1. Send the VNM Sac /t with the pops you have when asked.
2. For Tier 1-3 the popper will take 1Drop Or Items for ToM.
3. They may also decide to Give or sell Drop or ToM or both away. This will Count Towards Poppers 1 Item.
Ex. We killed Lord Ruthven Strigoi Ring drop and 3Nails. Popper May take the 3 Nails or just the ring there choice.
4. You Must make it Public that u are willing to sell the items and or ToM Items.
5. If the Popper does not like the strategy the sac gave, he has the right to give his own strategy ONLY for his pop.
